<p>With a previous version of the app being downloaded in 131 countries, Precarii has enabled countless individuals to experience and embrace the profound impact of prayer.</p>

<p>By downloading and using the Precarii app, these terms automatically apply to you. Please take the time to read them carefully before utilizing the app. You are not permitted to copy or modify the app, its components, or our trademarks in any manner. Furthermore, attempting to extract the app's source code, translating it into other languages, or creating derivative versions is strictly prohibited. The app, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with it, remains the property of John Paul II Holding Company.</p>
<p>As part of our commitment to providing the best possible user experience, John Paul II Holding Company reserves the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. Rest assured that you will never be charged for the app or its services without a clear explanation of what you are paying for.</p>
<p>Your personal data provided to us is stored and processed by the Precarii app in order to deliver our services. As a user, it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the app. We highly recommend avoiding jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this can render your device vulnerable to malware and compromise the security features of the Precarii app.</p>
<p>Please note that certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. While this connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, John Paul II Holding Company cannot be held responsible if the app does not operate at its full functionality due to a lack of internet access or available data.</p>

Additionally, please be aware that we may choose to cease providing the app and terminate its use without prior notice. In such cases, upon termination: (a) your rights and licenses granted in these terms will end, and (b) you must discontinue using and, if necessary, delete the app from your device.</p>
